In order to make the pocket wifi rental booking process as easy as possible, we accept payments by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Your ordered item should arrive to your designated destincation prior to your rental start date.

    В комплект карманного Wi-Fi входит конверт с марками и обратным адресом. Сложите в него все предметы таким образом, чтобы его можно опустить в почтовый ящик через прорезь. Затем запечатайте конверт и киньте его в любой ящик на территории Японии.

  • В.Я уже нахожусь в Японии. Могу ли я заказать карманный Wi-Fi или SIM-карту?

     

    Конечно! Сделайте заказ в Интернете, указав при этом дату и место получения.

  • В.У меня изменился график, и я не смогу приехать в указанный ранее день. Что мне делать?

    Если возможна утеря карманного Wi-Fi, рекомендуем воспользоваться страхованием ущерба или утери (80 иен в день).

  • В.Мне нужен Интернет до последней минуты пребывания в Японии. Могу ли я вернуть карманный Wi-Fi в аэропорту?

     

    Да, комплект можно бросить в почтовый ящик в аэропорту. Только это нужно сделать до прохождения зоны досмотра, поскольку после этой зоны таких ящиков нет.

  • В.К какому времени нужно вернуть мобильный Wi-Fi?

     

    Роутер мобильного Wi-Fi требуется бросить в почтовый ящик до полудня следующего дня после окончания срока проката. При задержке возврата взимается дополнительная плата.
