  • Q.：렌탈한 장비들은 어떻게 반납하나요?

     

    A： 렌탈하신 패키지에 반납용 봉투가 함께 포함되어 있습니다. (주소기재 및 선납완료) 사용하신 장비와 모든 구성품을 우체통에 잘 들어갈 수 있도록 잘 펴서 봉투에 넣은후, 밀봉하여 가까운 우체통에 넣어주십시오. (우체국 및 로손도 가능) 반납하시는 장소가 패키지를 수령하신 장소와 일치하지 않아도 됩니다.

  • Q.：이미 일본에 입국한 상태에서도 포켓 와이파이 및 유심카드 주문이 가능한가요?

     

    A： 물론 가능하십니다. 받으실곳과 원하는 수령 날짜와 장소를 온라인으로 주문해주세요. 받으실 지역에 따라 배송 소요시간에 차이가 있습니다. (숙박시설 우편번호로 예상소요시간 확인가능)

  • Q.：여행 계획이 변경되어 주문 시 입력한 일정에 도착할 수 없습니다. 어떻게 해야 할 까요?

     

    A： 변경된 도착일정과 받으실곳 등을 저희 Japan Wireless에 즉시 알려주시길 바랍니다.

  • Q.：휴대용 와이파이 공유기를 분실한 경우에는 어떻게 되나요?

     

    A： 포켓 와이파이 분실이 걱정되시는 분에게는 사전에 파손/분실 보험을 추천드립니다.

  • Q.：일본에 체류하고있는 마지막까지 인터넷을 사용하고 싶습니다. 공항에서 포켓 와이파이를 반납할 수 있을까요?

     

    A： 가능합니다. 공항내 우체통을 이용하여 우편으로 반납할 수 있습니다. 우편반납은 반드시 출국 보안검색대를 통과하기 전에 처리해야 합니다. (보안게이트를 통과하신 후에는 우체통이 없습니다)

  • Q.：언제까지 포켓 와이파이를 반납해야 하나요?

     

    A： 계약기간 다음날 오후 3시까지 우편함에 와이파이를 넣어주시기 바랍니다. 만일 반납이 늦어질 경우 추가요금이 청구됩니다.
