  • Q.Hoe kan ik mijn gehuurde pocket WiFi retourneren?

     

    In het pakket van de pocket WiFi bezorging zit een vooraf betaalde en zelf-geadresseerde retourenvelop. Verpak alle items erin en maak het plat zodat het soepel in de gleuf van de brievenbus kan passen. Vervolgens, sluit de envelop af en drop het ergens af in Japan.

  • Q.Ik ben al in Japan. Kan ik nog steeds een pocket WiFi / SIM-kaart bestellen?

     

    Natuurlijk. Plaats gewoon uw bestelling online met uw ophaaldatum en accommodatie.

  • Q.Mijn schema is veranderd en ik zal niet op dezelfde datum arriveren. Wat moet ik doen?

    Ja, het retourpakket kan rechtstreeks in een brievenbus op de luchthaven worden gedeponeerd. Zorg er gewoon voor dat u dit doet voordat u de beveiligingscontrolegebieden passeert, omdat er na dat punt geen beschikbaar zijn.

  • Q.Tot wanneer moet ik mijn mobiele wifi retourneren?

     

    Je moet je mobiele wifi-router in de brievenbus deponeren voor 15:00 uur op de dag na het einde van de huurperiode. Als je te laat bent met terugbrengen, worden er kosten in rekening gebracht.
