In order to make the pocket wifi rental booking process as easy as possible, we accept payments by credit card, PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

  • P. Como faço para devolver o WiFi de bolso que aluguei?

     

    Um envelope de devolução pré-pago e endereçado para o remente vem incluído no pacote de entrega do WiFi de bolso. Coloque todos os itens no envelope e deixe-o nivelado para que entre na caixa de correio sem problemas. Depois, lacre o envelope e envie de qualquer lugar do Japão.

  • P. Eu já estou no Japão. Ainda posso solicitar um WiFi de bolso/cartão SIM?

     

    Claro. Basta fazer o seu pedido online informando a data de retirada e o endereço onde você se encontra hospedado.

  • P. Minha programação mudou e não vou chegar na mesma data. O que devo fazer?

     

    Entre em contato conosco imediatamente para informar sua nova data de chegada, para que possamos atualizar a data de envio do WiFi de bolso.

  • P. O que acontece se eu perder o roteador WiFi móvel?

     

    Se estiver preocupado com a perda do WiFi de bolso, recomendamos contratar o nosso seguro contra danos/perdas (80 ienes por dia).

  • P.Quero ter conexão com a Internet até o último minuto em que eu estiver no Japão. Posso devolver no aeroporto o WiFi de bolso que aluguei?

     

    Sim, o pacote de devolução pode ser deixado diretamente em caixas de correios espalhadas pelos aeroportos. Basta deixar o pacote antes de passar pelas áreas de controle de segurança, pois não há nenhuma caixa de correio disponível depois desse ponto.

  • P.Quando devo devolver o WiFi móvel?

     

    É necessário deixar o roteador WiFi móvel em uma caixa de correio até o meio-dia do dia seguinte do fim do período de locação. Se devolver com atraso, haverá cobrança.
