• Q.Is it truly unlimited? Will my speed ever be throttled?

   

  Yes. It’s truly unlimited and we do not apply Fair Usage Policy (FUP) caps or artificial speed throttling. You can use as much data as you want, all day. (Like any mobile network, temporary carrier congestion can affect speeds). If policy-based throttling ever occurs, we’ll credit your rental.

• Q.How do pickup and return work?

   

  Pick up at major airports, or choose hotel/home delivery (arrives before check-in/departure). A prepaid return envelope is included—just drop it in any postbox in Japan. No paperwork, no counter lines.

• Q.I’m already in Japan. Can I still order today?

   

  Yes. Same-day airport pickup is available. For hotel delivery, orders usually arrive next day. If you’re not sure, contact us and we’ll confirm the fastest option for your area.

• Q.Can one router cover my family and all our devices?

   

  Yes—connect up to 15 devices at once (phones, tablets, laptops). Battery lasts up to 20 hours, and we include a free power bank for all-day use.

• Q.What if I lose or damage the device?

   

  You can add Device Protection at checkout to cover loss or damage. Without protection, a replacement fee applies. If something happens, contact us right away—we’ll help you stay connected.

• Q.By when do I have to return my portable pocket Wifi?

   

  You have to drop your portable pocket WiFi router in the post box, by noon of the next day of the end of rental period. If you are late to return, you will be charged.
